One of the important topics and messages that this safety fair would be spreading and disseminating to drivers and vehicle owners would be about child safety warnings. This is primarily because reckless and careless driving has been one of the main reasons for injuries and death to children.

What is one of the leading causes of death for children?

Let us just say that being in car crashes and other vehicular accidents has been known and has been proven to be the leading cause of death for children and infants. Sometimes, during accidents and crashes, the grown ups walk out of the vehicle alive but only with a few injuries. However, not all children passengers are lucky enough.

Drowning is often the cause of children’s death. According to several recent surveys, it ranks fourth of the leading causes of death to children under the age of five. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in fact, had estimated 260 children under five drown each year in residential swimming pools and spas. Aside from this, another 3,000 children under the same age are treated in hospitals and clinics following the submersion accidents, and this number has rapidly increased with more and more pools and spas built in residences.

Imagine this scenario: You are on a shopping mall with your child looking for the item you’ve ever been longing to have, and when you take a look at the item for a second, you look back to see that your child has disappeared. Thinking that he just wanders around, you turn back to the item unworried, and look back again to find your child under your feet. The next second, he’s gone.

Choosing the right child safety games can be one of the most important decisions you can make for your own child. It is very important knowing that games play a vital role in the development of every child. It is not simply a form of leisure, but it greatly helps your child to grow and mature into what he or she is supposed to be.
